Draw and shade any one of the four images shown below. You can use your finger, a paper towel, a blending stump to assist in your shading.
Identify the various values of your photograph
You can create the light values of your drawing using the 'charcoal /paper towel' transfer method shown in class.
Using a segment of your charcoal stick, shade the darker values
Use you charcoal pencil to fine-tune your drawing
I will choose 5 artworks at random to discuss in class the rest will be posted in our class website.
